Once you have selected the garment style you need for personalisation,what happens next?

There are 3 ways to place your order

Email: This is best way for both parties, so there is a record of what has been ordered and you can attach your artwork at the same time.

Artwork will be proofed in different ways, dependant on logo technique

Direct to Garment - We will print exactly what is in your image, as it is, so we do not need to proof this for you. Just let us know the position and we’ll do this rest.
Embroidery - We will provide you with a stitched sample of your logo onto a piece of material so you can see what it will look like before we embroider your garments. This is to make sure you are happy with the size, shape and colours.
If you prefer we can send you a pdf file of the logo in a stitched format which is what we would do if we had to meet a tight deadline.
Screen Printing - Logo samples for print are sent as a pdf for you to check design, colours, size and wording. They are not sampled onto actual garments as the screens are made up once you have approved your logo.
Transfers - The sample will be sent as a .pdf file attachment via email.
Vinyl - We may send you approval of a name, wording or number to check the style and in some cases spelling, but this is only usually if you request it to be a certain font style. The sample will be sent as a .pdf file attachment via email.

Lead times - We have a standard lead-time of 7-10 working days* from approval of artwork. During this time we ensure garments are in stock and artwork is set up and sampled for your approval. However, we do make exceptions if you have a specific deadline. Please specify this when making your enquiry.

*Lead times for new artwork can vary during our peak Summer season

Bagging - As part of our Green policy to reduce packaging, your garments are un-bagged, but if you would like them individually bagged in our own bags, please add .10 pence per items. Please specify at the time of ordering. We can also use plain bags for bagging, please specify this when placing your order.
