The following are questions we are frequently asked about personalising garments and clothing

1. How do I know what size I am?

All our products in our catalogue have guideline measurements for sizing; check out our video (above) for a step-by-step guide of how to get the perfect fit.

2. How long does it take for my personalised clothing order to be completed?

Our standard lead time is 7-10 working days from approval of artwork and 10 working days in Summer holidays (peak) period. If however you have a deadline for your order, please mention this to one of the sales staff so we can try our best to meet it.

3. What artwork do you need?

The format we need artwork in depends on the technique we will be using; Embroidery: Almost any file e.g. jpg, pdf, tif, psd. Screen printing: Vector (.eps) files created in a software such as Illustrator or Coral Draw. Vinyl: Vector (.eps) files created in a software such as Illustrator or Coral Draw. If you do not need us to match a particular font style or simple design, let us know what you would like and we can set this up in a standard font style that we have on our system. Transfers: Vector (.eps) files created in a software such as Illustrator or Coral Draw. Direct to Garment (DTG) Printing: A high resolution jpg 300 dpi at the correct size. The largest print area is A3.

4. Is there a minimum quantity?

There is usually a minimum quantity of 6, but this can depend on the garment and technique, watch our video for more information.

5. Are there any set up charges?

Set up charges for embroidery can range from £35 + vat for a left chest-sized logo upwards dependant on the size required and logo complexity. You only pay this once per design and size, we then store it for future use. Screen charges for printing are £20 + vat per design and colour. We store your screen(s) for up to 6 months subject to screen availability within this period. Please let us you if you want us to store it for longer.
